If you read what the words say at 1:28 it’s Firestar thinking about how Bluestar hasn’t been herself lately, as she has trust issues from Tigerstar’s betrayal. This is incredibly detailed

honestly, Bluestar may have had one of the most sad, scary, stressful, hard life in warriors, definetly in the first arc (next to scourge). Snowfur dying, Mosskit freezing, Oakheart dying, finding out Redtail fought him, Redtail being killed by tigerstar. All these cats she loved and trusted so deeply died/betrayed her. Spottedleaf, the dogs, this new kittypet from a crazy starclan message, no wonder she went insane and became one of the worst non-villain cats in the first arc.

2:33 I love this part with Firestar trying his best to help and understand but ultimately failing because Bluestar can barely understand what’s going on around her let alone her mind. Wow that was a long sentence

I think my fave detail (which took me about three rewatches to notice haha) is that at 1:14 the cat who killed moonflower (hawkmask? I can’t recall his name ahh) turns into tigerstar and the shot shows the two chars in the same pose, switching which is which - Bluestar is relating not being able to trust Tigerclaw and almost being murdered to the trauma of loosing of mother

Wow I really wasn’t prepared for this map. I lost a dog to canine dementia and even though it wasn’t explicitly said in the books, I consider her good rep for it. Not a lot of people think it can happen to animals but it can. Dementia has to be one of the scariest diseases that can ever happen to someone, especially the poor animals
