Salt and pepper to taste

Corn tortillas
Flour tortillas
15 pounds of Beef Chuck Roast
This was a family event. Just enjoying a peaceful Sunday evening with some good food in the backyard.

I delivered a load to California last week. I made it my business to find these tacos. I happened to find a Restaurant with truck parking. I ate there 3 days straight. These tacos are amazing
