I'm a social worker. "I fix things." Today and yesterday I got yelled at multiple times by my patients for not having the solutions to their problems. "I don't try to fix things hard enough." They are right, I need to try harder. When I came home I got yelled at by my boyfriend for causing more problems, while trying to fix what I saw as a problem. "I try to fix too much." He is right, I need to let it be. In my bed I wonder as I cry about doing it all wrong. "Why do I even try to fix things at all?" I only end up being tired and broken in little pieces. And people are mad at me, no matter what I do. "But... I really want to fix this world." Cause I've seen the darkness, felt the sorrow and pain. And even now, I feel the loneliness. So, one day at a time, I try. "I try to fix things with all I have" Even though it hurts.

after my loss, all I have left is anger and hate...like the Drakes of the North...Cold Fire....

Some things you can"t change. You can"t walk though a door and change who you are. Nor can you change someone perception of you. Have you ever walked down the street and had a person laugh in your face. I have. Have you ever took a seat on a train and no mater how full it became. No-one would set next to you. I have. Have you ever had someone scream in your face ,loses your job or denied employment. Just because of how you look .I have. Some things you can't overcome . Some things just don't get better. You just learn to live with the pain as you pretend it's not there. As you pretend your not there. You learn to laugh on cue an lie as you say your life is wonder But always ,always you go home alone and the only thing that greets you there Is the echos of your own tears.
