  • I've said many times: anyone thinking of buying a chateau should watch your channel. Such outstanding work! We will miss you!
  • Carol and Adrian are such skilled people and very talented. You two make a wonderful team.

Carole and Adrian, Beth too: so much love has been poured into Château de la Ferte's facelift. We're surely going to miss her. However, you'll not be without a project for long. The grandies will keep you busy and your arty side will soon find an outlet for expression. Enjoy this new Chapter; thank you for sharing this one with us. Au revoir à bientot ❤❤
  • We will definitely miss the chateau and thank you I have learned so much about decorating from you I just wish we could have seen her completely done thank you for all your hard work on her

I’m sooo sad that you’re leaving this beautiful chateau! All the work you’ve put into it…and I’ll miss watching it all come to life!
  • All the blood, sweat, and tears. I can’t believe you’re leaving.
  • @gaylerex2752
An absolute stunning transformation!! I only wish we could have seen the finished home! You two are amazing and will be missed. Best of luck with any future projects! 😊

So glad for this recap of the hallway. So much work, structural integrity, desinfection, mould protection and obviously trying to preserve the integrity of each feature. Impressive! But Carole has such great taste in adding her own unique design and style. Thanks for this unexpected video. 💖💫
  • We will miss Château de la Ferte Weve seen a forgotten sleeping beauty awaken 😢
  • I loved watching every episode of you taking a dilapidated, dingy and depressing hallway and turning it into an inviting and elegant space. I will miss your efforts on the chateau, but wish nothing but the best for your family's future.

It has taken me a whole week to respond to your news of the sale. I am a bit embarrassed to say, I kept crying every time I tried to write a comment. First and foremost, I am so happy for you both. Such a blessing to be near to family. No chateau in the world is better than that 😊. I very sincerely would like to thank you for taking us along on your journey. It has been such a joy to watch you both work so hard and create such lovely spaces. I do hope you find a terrific fixer upper in England with lots of charm in need of rescuing, but be sure to enjoy your family along the way. Thank you. Brenda xo

"Most Grand Chateau" - The transformation displays your love, passion and commitment to the chateau. Most fabulous second life you gave to the chateau. And it feels as though the chateau is smiling with joy.

Thank you for the teaching of what it takes to keep up a Chateau, the brocantes, the womderful gatherings, the hard work. You both Carol and Adrian are truly the upper class. Thank you so much for your journey.
  • I am a little emotional now… my eyes teared up with great respect for this beautiful family… some dreams we pass onto others leaving a little hope they will either finish or pass the torch of time… love and respect from Canada ❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦
  • All of those hard hours paid off wonderfully. I love how all the details in the moldings popped after new paint and lighting.
  • Wow, what a lot of work you've done! Whoever takes over this Chateau has a gem! Well done guys! You will be missed!
  • What an incredible transformation. Even though I’ve watched this transformation from the beginning, this was a beautiful and bittersweet recap. So sorry we won’t see her totally finished by you. But she’s is great shape thanks to all your hard work and creative designs. Thanks for this lovely trip down memory lane 😍😘
  • a labor of love with a breathtaking result. Miracle workers. Cheers to all you have accomplished with the chateau restoration.
  • Truly REGAL as are the three of you. Your presence will be sorely missed.
  • I had forgotten how bad the main hallway looked when you started! You did an amazing job transforming the 1st floor and the stairway! I'd also forgotten how rotten some of those beams supporting the floor were! It's a wonder nobody ever fell through a hole!
