Jen I am so proud of you!! I’ve been watching you forever!! I usually do t comment but always am watching and liking your videos! I just want to say I love that you’ve not changed even though your subs have grown by leaps and bounds! You and Darren have stayed just like you have always been. Some of the people I watch have just gotten too “fake” for lack of a better word. But like I said you have always stayed just your sweet precious beautiful Jen self!! I’m so happy for you and your sweet family! May God continue to richly bless you all!!

Jen - another trick. After draining your potatoes, put them back in the pan, place them back on burner, and shake them over the burner til they’re dry. THEN, get your mixer out, and without mixing in the warm milk/butter mixture, whip them until they’re smooth. THEN, add your warm milk/butter. Voila! Not a lump in sight. Learned this from my mama 50 years ago.

I bet you have one happy husband cooking all these great meals all the time . Love your video's and love your accent.
  • That southern cornbread dressing reminds me of an old supervisor, she passed away a few years ago. She was so sweet and made Thanksgiving dinner for the entire office. She would add sausage to her dressing also.
