Hello peanut gallery! The minute I saw this recipe I had to try it! My mother ate one just a little bit ago and she loved it. She did not even want me to warm it up. I split it and added syrup and she gobbled it up. I froze the rest. Super easy and convenient! I do myself mini Yorkshire puddings and fill them with palatable food I can eat, I do them like voluvonts (however you spell that!!!). I prefer springy batter cooked than sponge, unless the sponge is really light & moist. Thank you for demo Darlene xx
