This should be done every year. Like i have seen the branches r felled every year in Singapore without anyone complaining. There is separate department with regard to this. Whereas in Goa even if we complain even at the collector office they say we cannot help you n all no no answers. I have personally complained in Mathays this year too. N see the tree fell on the house.
