Hi Maria, I am originally from Austria, my Oma's name was also Maria. I'm living now on beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Just found your channel a few hours ago and can't stop watching your videos! I'm 78 years old and they bring back beautiful memories of how Oma used to cook. María no vive sola, ella tiene a alguien que le ayuda con los videos y sigue cada paso que ella da, de hecho la producción de sus movimientos son muy buenos. Realmente no importa si vive sola o no. Sus videos son muy bonitos en la montaña en que vive y a los que nos gusta la vida en el campo lo disfrutamos mucho.

Thanks to this woman, she inspired me to make traditional cabbage rolls from pickled cabbage. I got a large crock last October and made a brine solution and pickled whole cabbages so I could later use the leaves. Last week I finally made the cabbage rolls and they were delicious! And I used the rest of the cabbage for kraut. Part of my family came from Odessa Ukraine years ago. I have been interested in the culture and foods ever since. Thank you for sharing your life. ;)
