Never played the games but the first scene is mesmerizing! I love the beauty of her animation. She looks perfect and majestic. Her cape stretches to the blood of the three warriors. It’s haunting but she makes it beautiful.

Inarius's entrance in the battle scene is majestic.

She really went down like the queen she was. The animation, the voice, the sound effects, her exit, the rose petals, the ashes… perfection 🥀

That priest deserves some respect he did not even waver in the face of the threat Lilith posed and tried to appeal to the peoples better nature.

What a devilish beauty she is, such a charming voice. One of the most beautiful characters I have ever seen. Everything is present in it, the devil and the angel in one person :)

Well we all have to give Lilith A lot of respect She is one of the best antagonist in the Diablo franchise but what makes her so different from her father and her two uncles Who are definitely conformed to be villains that wanted to destroy sanctuary and continued internal conflict Lilith wanted to save sanctuary from the prime evils as well as to end the internal conflict I wish she was able to save sanctuary she’s definitely no Hero that’s for sure she’s definitely more of an anti-villain which is awesome

No one really dies in Sanctuary. They just respawn after contemplating what they will do next.

I really did not want to kill her. Lilith has always been an amazing figure of autonomy and liberation in folklore and they did such an amazing job depicting her as a multi-faceted individual here. I wish we had more choice as to what to do with her.

I like this interpretation of Lilith. Cunning, wise beyone worldly comprehension, and guile as a seer. She is a force to be reckoned with and the scariest thing is she doesn't need much to decimate someone/thing. Her strongest suite is her mental manipulation which we witnessed have brought down Heaven, Hell, and even Earth.

One of the best villains I've seen in years. Excellent cast!

I've never played the Diablo games, BUT WOW WAS THAT FIRST SCENE INCREDIBLE! The graphics were insane, at first I was unsure if I had stumbled about a movie instead of a game. Absolutely magnificent.

The opening scene is really cool like, like an actual sight to behold. Her coming back through the gate, is just beyond badass.

Her death makes me sad... Through out the entire lore, she and Tyrael were the only 2 celestials who actually cared about humanity... Sure, her methods were unacceptable to say the least, but she were a demon... She's like a mother that would gently walk her son to a lake, and the repeatedly toss him in deep water to teach him to swim. Brutal to the point of madness, but it still would be sad to watch that kid stab his mother to death to escape her brutality. Rest in peace Lilith. At the very least, you taught us that zealously following the light is not the answer. Eternal conflict was born out of the separation between light and dark. Perhaps, by your hand, it can be ended through their unity in humans.

I sent a friend a cutscene, and she made an animation with Lilith’s voice and is now obsessed with Lilith.

She is wise and cunning. Powerful. It's weird, but she's also beautiful and magnificent in her own way. Interesting conception...

I know Lilith has her own affection for Inarius for all of their creation together. Inarius sacrificed their creation together, their child, and wants the destruction of Sanctuary. All for what to return to heaven? He has no balls at all. Like dude you decided to rebel create a new world and with your creations you are threatened (their child the nephelem). Sigh, like no matter what you did and all the sacrifices you do just to return home to heaven is so foolish. As Lilith said, you truly belong in hell with your actions.

Never played the game, or even knew what it was about. But I’m glad this came up in my feed, this is really cool stuff - especially for someone who knows nothing about the game.

The opening scene will always be the most beautiful and twisted thing Blizzard has ever animated. I remember watching it the first time years ago and just dying to play the game.
