As always a great informative and relaxing Video! Thanks a lot! But when you are not sealing your edges, what do you do to prevend bubbles? Would Love to hear an answer 😊 Greetings from Germany ✌️

Blacktailstudios always says to seal. I'm with you on not sealing but then there's the issue of minimizing micros bubbles
  • On my very first pour I was so excited I got my ratio wrong. I realized my mistake and poured it all back into the bucket and mixed it correctly. I still got some soft spots. My tip is take a deep breath and make sure you get it right the first time!
  • Hi Nathan. Just subscribed last night. Is your business located in Saluda? We live in Fredericksburg and have a camper in Bush Park in Wake, VA. We go through Saluda twice a week during camping season! We're heading that way in a few hours. Just got my first order from Total Boat, trying to learn about epoxy and resin. Look forward to checking out more of your videos. :)

HeyThere... Thanks so much for your videos, I've learned a lot from you! I'm trying to help my dad out... he has a table that he carved a river into, and has filled with resin. His last pour cured with a bunch of little holes, or pits in it. He lives near you and is working without climate control in his shop - could this be from temperature? - I hear it's really hot there right now! Also any suggestion on how to fix it? or just point me to a video? :) Thanks again!
  • Hi. Awesome videos. Ive recently sone a small serving board. My resin has dried a little frosty instead of crystal clear. I sanded to 3000 grit. Can i polish it up to look crystal clear??. Thank you.
  • Hey Nathan I have another question. I got a flower silicone molds from Amazon and I was wondering would an epoxy that says it's good for up to a 2 inch thick pour be ok to use, or do I need the deep pour? It's not a big mold bout size of your box molds from your Tuesday shop talk video. Thank you Nathan 😊
  • Which expoxy is best to use for a deep void? Because I'm working on a project now and I notice that its smoking as you send it even crack. I use the table top epoxy.

I'm new and just learning to make my first epoxy tray. Not sure what you mean by sealing the edges?
