  • i feel like i should be sending you a check or money order or something, may God protect this man.
  • I subscribed a couple months ago. I'm 64 and was a heavy construction carpenter for 40 years. Had radial neuropathy in my right arm a few years back and my hand went dead. I got through that and recently my left has been shooting electric all the way down. I have carpal tunnel REALLY bad but am reluctant to have the surgery. These particular exercises are amazing. The most amazing thing though, IMHO, is that there are people like this that take the time out of their life to do these videos to help other people. Shows me there are still some good souls left in this terrible reality. I am humbled and very thankful for your help. It works.

Doc, I'm crying right now because this exercise caused me to discover a knot that I after a while of massaging around has lessened and almost taken away a shoot pain that I've been having from what the docs think is a bulging disc. This small knowledge has caused such a profound difference in my life I'm just so thankful
  • Have suffered with neck and shoulder problems for 20 years now. I even get vertigo and nausea from it. Your exercises have really helped me!

I don’t comment on YouTube often but I am so grateful for this video. Thank you 🙏
  • The 'nerve gliding' exercise is like magic! It'd be great to have a mega-sized video (or a collection of short-to-moderate videos) with more nerve gliding for the rest of the body.
  • I can’t believe I’ve gone years without these exercises, thank you so much
  • I can’t believe your channel has this info for free. This helps my chronic neck pain Thank you!

What a life saver. I've been struggling for a few days and did 1 round of this and immediately took away the sharp pain
  • Thank you Dr. Rowe. Ever since I was recommended your channel I have been able to find instant relief for my minor body aches. Last night for example I slept totally wrong and woke up with a pulled muscle from my neck to my trap on one side. This video has made my day a lot better than it started. You're an angel 🙏🏿🙌🏿
  • Wow, My arm discomfort has been growing for about a full year. I cannot express my gratitude! This really was better relief than I expected!
  • @leojbramble
I fast-forwarded through to a couple of these exercises, tried them once each over the course of about 10 minutes... and a few years' worth of discomfort was relieved 80%. Definitely have to give this a closer watch and incorporate these into my routine.

This actually worked. Covid did this to me and last night I slept pain free for the first time in 2 years. God bless you
  • I have suffered the worst neck pain for the last couple of weeks. Thankfully, I ran across your video, tried the exercises, and found relief. Thank you so much. Such simple movements give so much relief.
  • I have seen so many useless exercises over the years that I stopped believing there's anything to be done. Thank you so much for proving I was wrong. It is not gone entirely but feels so much better while doing than anything else

Your videos are so inspirational. And I don’t know how YouTube knows all of the pains that I’m feeling, but they just happen to recommend all of the videos of yours that have the relief methods that I need. I have discovered some of these things over the years of time but you have a great way of explaining exactly what to do to fix certain problems. Also, sometimes we just need a reminder. It’s like having a personal trainer. You think you know what you’re doing until somebody else recommends that you do it a better way. Really appreciate you giving up the information, and this neck massage technique actually is feeling really good. I appreciate your expertise and you definitely know what you’re talking about. Not sure if you have been through an accident or you just had to help enough people that you figured it out but whatever the reason, we are thankful for your clarification and demonstration. Be well. Thanks again.
  • Years ago I had 2 previous neck surgeries, spinal fusion C6-C7 and my MRI shows severely messed up cervical spine. Recently I hit my head hard by accident and had burning pain down back of head, shoulders and arms. I did your decompression exercise for pinched nerve in neck - and I feel so much better! Thank you so much and God bless you!
  • I subscribed at this channel for back purposes when all of a sudden I got a pinched nerve on my C6. I'm allergic to all pain medication so I'm sooooo thankful for this video. It provides relief!!
