Hello Dr. Goobie, Thank you as you're an honest & brave person, it reminds me of another Dr. Ali from Cook County & Chicago Mem, he once operated on my Father for 18 hrs without giving up. also, my roommate from Waukegan, IL was like you a Neurosurgeon at U of ILL after 6 years of training what got to him was Racism from the School and the school's Chancellor at the time. so he gave up schooling/training for some time he was somewhat disappointed but soon he joined a law school and for the past 20 years has been a Successful lawyer in Evanston, IL. Eftekhari Law Office LLC.. You will find a new path. never lose hope. I wish you well and also that this video inspires many many ppl. Regards,

Here's another poem: Lofty ideals look just like clouds; They float and come and go. Inconsequence in a weightless shroud - These seeds you'll never sow Quixote with a caduceus, A shadow made you dubious To lose it all like Orpheus, And fall to earth like Icarus Disillusioned with a world From an imaginary place. Decade flies and youth laid waste, You exit from the race. At least your heart was nobly placed.
  • Lovely. I believe you will enjoy the beauty of this as well: I am not I. I am this one walking beside me whom I do not see, whom at times I manage to visit, and whom at other times I forget; the one who remains silent while I talk, the one who forgives, sweet, when I hate, the one who takes a walk when I am indoors, the one who will remain standing when I die. -Juan Ramon Jimenez
  • I am. The same way my eyes cant observe themselves. I am
