I have severe clinical depression, and my therapist said I should make a playlist of happy songs to put on every day. This was the first one I thought of. Anyone else think this is the happiest song they've ever heard?

As a teenager I was homeless in the 70's when the the NJDSS put me up in a room at the Jersey City YMCA. I remember while riding the local bus this song was playing on someone's boom box; I was quite embarrassed because I lived at the "Y" and I felt as though all the eyes on the bus were upon me. At that time, mostly derelicts and old men lived there. Many more memories of that time and sadly, this was a good one.

I know someone who had to do community service at the YMCA. He started going there regularly afterwords. Literally changed his life.
