Hi Patrick, great video, very helpful. I am a newbie to GarageBand and Mac in general, so I after seeing this vid I decided to download the extra sounds and loops. I thought I'd do it overnight as you suggested that it might take some time, but I don't know whether I had a particularly fast internet or whether Apple have changed something, but the whole process took less than 3 minutes. The selection of new sounds is amazing, so now I can annoy my wife even more with "Listen to this, it's amazing" while she's trying to read a book.
