GBO2 MSN-04FF Sazabi (Post-Buff): Unstoppable firepower!

Publicado 2024-06-05
This video contains two rated matches I had with the recently buffed Sazabi FF on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 700 cost support with really high damage output, incredible stunlocking capability, good durability, short overheat times which allows it to near constantly keep Full Attack active alongside it having access to a funnel that can one shot generals under the right conditions. It suffers from being very large though, so it is very vulnerable to stunlocks. This suit was recently buffed with LV2 Resist Move, 35% beam shotgun heat, 0.77 seconds belly beam swap speed, 16.3 seconds pincer funnel overheat time alongside a larger lock-on radius, 90% follow funnel heat rate alongside 300m more range and 20 seconds gerobi funnel overheat time alongside faster lock on speed. These buffs feel amazing, it is still risky to play because of how vulnerable it is but it can absolutely spew out damage. I hope that you enjoy watching!

Its primary weapon is a beam shotgun with 250x8 (3000) power, 35 (90%) heat, 250m (550m) range, 0.5 seconds cooldown, 13 seconds overheat, 2 seconds focus time and 8%x8 (80%) stagger value. This can't stagger in one hit but has fast cooldown and high power charge shots, uncharged shot spam can deal absurd damage at close range.
Its primary melee weapon is a beam saber with 2700 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and standard modifiers. The suit only has one swing but it does have balancers. It is quite practical to use this in self defence.
Its first sub weapon is a belly megaparticle cannon with 1600x2x2 power, 95%x2 heat, 200m range, 6 seconds cooldown, 30 seconds overheat time, 0.77 seconds swap time and 25%x2x2 stagger value. This has less stagger value and shorter range than the one on the original Sazabi, but it has extremely high damage and can be fired while boosting. It can do even more ridiculous damage if the buff from Full Attack is active.
Its second sub weapon is a back cannon with 1400x2 power, 85% heat, 550m range, 6 seconds cooldown, 22 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time and 10%x2 stagger value. The stagger value is low but the damage is high and it instantly staggers. This can't be used while your funnels are deployed but can combo into or from your other staggers.
Its third sub weapon is a side lock funnel with 850x2x3 power, 50%x2 heat, 350m range, 16.3 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time and 10%x2x3 stagger value. This can deal high damage on its own, but is most useful for activating Full Attack with to combo with other weapons.
Its fourth sub weapon is a pair of follow funnels with 1200x2 power, 90% heat, 300m range, 3 seconds cooldown, 22 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time and 10%x2 stagger value. These have short range and high heat but they instantly stagger and can be fired while boosting.
Its fifth sub weapon is a gerobi funnel with 1600x2x4 power, 100% heat, 350m range, 20 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time and 40%x2x4 stagger value. This launches a funnel behind the enemy which has to charge itself up before firing, but fires an instantly staggering continuous beam with gigantic damage output.

The Sazabi FF also has 24000 HP, 26 ballistic resist and 32 beam/melee resist. It has less HP than other 700 cost supports but makes up for it with a 25% damage reduction legs buffer and 15% reduction back option buffer. It also has access to LV2 Resist Move. This works like a dodge roll in every way except damage reduction, it reduces damage taken by 50% rather than 100%.
In terms of mobility it has 125 (135) walk speed, 210 (220) boost speed, 75 (-20% usage) thrust and 69 (84) turning speed. It has high mobility by default for a support but becomes even faster once Psychoframe Resonance activates at 30% HP. It has LV2 Forced Injector as is standard.
It also has a unique skill called Full Attack. This boosts walking speed by +10 and damage by +20% while your funnels are deployed against another enemy. This gives you potentially ridiculous damage output but you need good timing to get the most out of it. Furthermore, the time needed to lock on with funnels is cut in half once Psychoframe Resonance activates.

In conclusion, I feel like these buffs have brought Sazabi FF back up to speed with 700 cost. Its issues with range, heat rates and overheat rates have all been resolved, this alongside the belly beam swap speed buff makes it much easier to practically use Full Attack in combos. The gerobi funnel remains hard to connect with, but the overheat time buff makes it easy to just throw it out there and pray for huge damage. I think that it will be harder to use than other supports, but well worth it as a high risk high reward option if you can master it. Just make sure to play it on a map with adequate cover to avoid being stunlocked. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!

I tend to forget how many 4 stars I actually don't have, yet the game loves to give me repeats

If only we could use the funnels as beam sabers instead of using it in a counter

Sazabi FF about to downswing a Sazabi to death “we’ll be right back!”

What I've come to realize is that you've essentially filled a certain void left by another GBO2 youtuber that did very similar videos.

That first funnel shot was just the chef's kiss. I know they were all saying "wtf was that?"

Now when i think about it, put the cockpit inside the head is so goofy move. If you have to turn around alot for environment monitoring, the pilot gonna get motion sickness quickly.
