  • I'm 61 yrs old and every time I hear pink Floyd music feels like I'm still a teenager never gets old

David Gilmore is the only guitarist who’s playing alone has brought me to tears. His solo here on Hey You I can only describe as making the guitar cry. It’s pure emotion, and it’s beautiful.

Pink Floyd, это не просто музыка! Это Галактика ощущений!
  • I've seen pink Floyd live 3 times, 1987, 1988, 1994. It was Surreal! I seen Waters live the wall 2012 Chicago, paid $250.00 per ticket for ground seats, it was a onein a lifetime for me, so worth it! The Wall was So much more than a concert, it was a spectacular theatrical production! Mind blowing! I was also lucky enough to see David Gilmour, tickets reasonable at market value, 120.00 piece, we were second level up from floor, stage left! That was Epic, Insane, and So Fricken Emotional! Many times during the show, Davids magical guitar solo's, his vocals, the energy, it made tears rolls and chills throughout my body, If I could have went to all three shows I would have! I'm so looking forward to Waters new album coming out! And his world tour to follow! I will be saving up for that! We want to get the best tickets possible!  My love for Floyd knows no end! Thanks for sharing, I'm always looking for bootleg DVDS to add to add to my collection!
  • No existirá nunca mas una banda que llene tanto mi alma de músico como lo hace Pink Floid con toda su Obra. No existe una palabra para definirlo. Es otra realidad.
  • I cant even wrap my mind around who could even come close to this band. Been listening since 1967. And i still cant think of any band that is in the same category as pink floyd. Love them totally. Just wish Rodger Waters was still with them.

Their music has moulded and defined my very life; I have listened to them while walking in a forest; I have listened to them while travelling the world: I have listened to them while making love to beautiful women and I have listened to them on the way to combat. Pink Floyd are a big part of my soul. My emotions often revolve around their haunting music. Thank you Pink Floyd for giving us something the modern generation will never have.....great music.

It's so different being from a newer generation trying to get the full experience of these bands. My mom flew from San Francisco to England when she was 17 by herself to meet up with some friends and went out to a club one night with some guy where she got to meet Roger Waters and some of the Stones. She really grew up in the heart of the psychedelic era and got to experience it in its full glory (although now she testifies that a lot of the times weren't so glorious, ha). The caliber of musicianship displayed by bands like Pink Floyd is something seldom seen today unfortunately. But I'm thankful for uploads like this and an imagination.
  • @catalystv7520
Hands down the best recorded version of the guitar solo .

I sat 2nd row center for this concert in 1994 at RFK stadium in Washington, DC. The best ever.
