Remember : Killua choose electricity because he was immune to it. But he still feel the pain. And from what he said 1Million volts is enough to piss him off a bit. And Killua probably got much more power sim than a Million volt. Which mean when Killua is in Godspeed he is in constant extreme pain.

Killua even adjusts his running form while in GS for maximum speed and energy conservation. He’s taking incredibly long strides to reduce the amount of steps he actually has to take instead of making thousands of steps in a short time,and getting his body as low as he can to reduce his drag,both conserving energy and less energy going against him in the form of air.

7:21 I swear this is one of the most heartbreaking scenes in all animes I've ever seen. That look in Gon's face is just too real of a sorrow. You can literally feel the pain in his eyes.
