There are chickens known to have a lot of brooding, and the best species is the black silky (negre de soie) as they lay between 8 and 10 eggs and then incubate.
There are chickens that are not incubated at all, and the species intended to produce eggs are called laying hens.
According to some breeders, there is a way to make the chickens incubate (but I did not try it).
But I do not advise you to do it, it is better to let her act according to her instinct
