    Naranasan ko yan nong nasa pinas pa kami 90's ligo sa baha, tapos lakad sa baha hanggang bewang yung tubig baha. Lahat nang germs andyan na sa tubig kaya kung ano ano sakit sa balat magkakaron ka pero ganon pa man it is more fun in the philippines 😂

    The city needs to construct large sewer systems and route all the water out to sea or river. Maybe it will not completely stop flooding but after the storm, water should not stay around.

    If 50% of Marikina people are college graduates, flooding would not be a problem because .1% would be experts in flood prevention.
