Fire Captain Robert Foxworthy guides us through the challenges firefighters are facing on the #ParkFire. From dense fuels and rugged terrain to unpredictable weather, our dedicated crews, dozers, and aircraft are working around the clock on building containment. If you receive an evacuation alert, please follow it immediately. This helps our team focus on battling the fire without the added worry of getting people out safely. Preparedness is key in any emergency!

Just sickening that one single deranged individual can decide to start a forest fire with a burning vehicle and unleash this kind of destruction.

I wish more videos were like this one. Clear comms from the CalFire employee without wasted time or standard added media drama.

Manzanita is prevalent in those hills and it burns like crazy. Very tough to deal with.
