Easy, Cheesy Baked Chicken with a Cool Side

3-4 chicken breasts, or 3 sliced in half horizontally, sprinkled on both sides with seasonings (you know what you like)
olive oil and butter
provolone cheese
mozzarella or pepper jack cheese
Parmesan cheese
ranch dressing
bread crumbs
sauté the chicken on both sides until golden brown
melt cheeses together with the dressing in the microwave
cover the chicken with the cheese mixture
bake 20 minutes at 350 and then sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake another 5-10 minutes
sliced cucumbers cover with ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, black pepper and garlic
