It's as if Chef Brockett had a puppet sidekick pitching cakes.

I wouldn't mind talking to a puppet instead of those I encounter at the supermarket bakery! 😆

Terrifying.

That puppet is out of my nightmares.

I'm getting creepy vibes from the movie Magic with this commercial.🤔
-
Is it just me or does this puppet look like Martha Raye?

I'm pretty sure that's a Paul Ashley puppet! Kinda rare to find videos of those in action.

This was probably airing a lot between all of the weather watches and warnings on April 3 and 4, 1974, during the super outbreak. I remember a lot about those two days s, but never saw this commercial

Does anyone remember the other Tasty Kake tv ad? There was this big elaborate machine, and some technician walks up to it and kind of sets it up while singing, "Why not try a tasty kake and have a lot of fun, tasty kake is all the good things, all the good things, wrapped up in one", ...then he plugs the big machine into a wall socket, and it starts rattling and humming and making all these motor noises, but the thing it ends up doing is sort of anti-climatic somehow. Can't exactly remember what it did. Am I the only one who remembers this? Yesterday, I finally tried a tasty kake for the first time.
