Purgatory made me thing of being sent to the time out corner to "think about what you have done"

(EDIT: I STARTED A WAR IN THE REPLYS XD) I think the scariest part about this is the only way to find out the answer is you’ll never find out until you die… and even then you couldn’t tell anyone you were okay. I think sometimes we forget to enjoy life at its fullest, but if you die you’ll either forget about everything shut off eternally or be unable to communicate to any living relatives, you should enjoy life.

Nothingness is the worst tbh, imagine thinking youll see your family, but your own brain forgets to exist..
  • "Nothingness" has made me feel a fear I'd never known until about two (2) years ago. What makes it worse is realizing you CANNOT avoid it.
  • theres a saying out there, among my friends. "if you can think it, there's a universe for it."

If I know I have the possibility to respawn as a fucking flower I don’t want to respawn.
  • Every morning where you wake up, you enter a parallel universe where you didn't die in your sleep.
  • I've heard an alternative hell theory. It's so cold that you are in constant hypothermia. When you freeze to death, it feels like you're burning thats why some ppl take their clothes off in freezing to death stories.
  • Simulation Theory has absolutely nothing to do with « after-death », it refers to the theory of we may all be characters in a gigantic Sims-type « game »
  • I believe in a very similar version of parallel universe theory. Except, you get to choose. Your options go as follows: Face judgement Or Pick a universe and live again The ‘judgement’ I mention is basically the place where you get to test your soul, like the underworld journey. If you are overall good, you go to where you can eternally rest.(you cannot go back to living after choosing judgement) if you are overall bad, you will be dismissed to a variation of hell. The being that gives you judgement takes the form of whatever higher power you believe in. It does this to see if you confess to your sins on your own.

I was 5 years old when I realised that nothingness was horrifying and that my parents would eventually die and that every memory of my blood line would eventually be forgotten

Theory: you’re not alive right now you’re just watching your entire life’s memories

To me (this is my opinion) purgatory to me is like a waiting room where you think about life and find out why your there in the first place

Reincarnation is the absolute worst.. . Like right now it seems amazing! You are a human! Awesome! But what will you do if you reincarnate for the next 1000 years as a bacterium

I’ve been scared of nothingness since I was 6 years old, one day my parents were driving me home from my grandparents house and I went down a LONNGGGG thinking period. Eventually that got to me realizing that one day alll of this will be gone one day and I will be underground forever and ever. And I began to tear up and cried my self to sleep everyday just thinking abt that. 😢

I just remember a quote "Whatever is after life, whether something or nothing we will all be there. Everything that ends will meet again"
