For anyone wondering, the Zair waveshine thing is done by short hopping, then double jumping and zairing on the same frame. It’s pretty tricky (I can do it only occasionally) but those are the inputs. Oh, you also have to be inputting forward or backwards for it to work.

Gotta be honest, those "not true" and "DI/SDI" on the easier combos makes me understand why Lucas is not considered that good as a character. Altough I won't deny his strenghts, most notably his insane kill power for that fast frame data, being one of the most manuverable characters in the air, the best air dodge, and well, has a good combo potential at low percents due to having moves with high hitstun and low endlag, combined with that manuverability.
