Every sport has different physical demands
  • Ja is 6’2 he probably has more muscle mass than a lot of aesthetic shorter body builders
  • Brock Lesnar is very athletic he played amateur wrestling, NFL, UFC and the WWE with tons of muscle mass on him, he's different breed. I've seen him in real life training, he moves like formula f1 .
  • usain bolt is jacked. all sprinters are jacked. giannis is close to jacked. lebron has been jacked before this makes no sense

Muscle Μass doesn't necessarily make you slower. It's a compilation of genetics, tendon health and myofibrillar to sarcoplasmic mass ratio. Most muscle mass on athletes is myofibrilllar (which generates force) but bodybuilders focus on sarcoplasmic hypertrophy (which is the storage for more muscle fibers)

That 17 year old sure knows all about Ja’s Strength.

College and olympic wrestlers have a huge amount of muscle and they are arguably some of the most athletic people in the world

not every athlete is skinny as rugby/nfl players / wrestlers and sprinters look jacked, even gymnast who need the best body weight ratios look jacked, basketball players only look skinny because their like 6 4.
  • Okay but having strength as an athlete is important. Packing on tons of muscle does make you move slower and less athletic. But being strong is also important so you don’t get snapped if half like a twig and so that you can be explosive. That’s why building lean muscle is the best option.

Lebron is very muscular I disagree. Even playing against good players and getting bodied and scored on easily you realize just how important muscle is lmao
