Did these exercises for my inner teen, as that's where some turbulence and unresolved emotions are dwelling, I feel. This felt very good. Thank you. Never tried it before.

I had never done this before and it was revelatory. Thank you. I will do this again. I became emotional and it's amazing how this brought feelings up that I didn't even give a second thought. Very good exercise! I look forward to talking with my inner child more and giving her what she needs.❤

I did try it Once and I ended up with LOL 😆...at the same time recently I observed some cute Birds 🐦 observing themselves in their mirror image on the Black closed Windowpane and Chirping (Conversing with their Mirror Image appearing in the Windowpane ), so me observing these cute birds was an extremely Hilarious and Childlike Experience. Thankyou Dr Ho, for this 5 min Excercise.😊

I've never been able to do this exercise....I cry to the point of being sick I keep a piece of cardboard on my mirror....so I don't have to see my face...I put my make up on using a compact mirror...I sit with my back to windows that are reflective....I can't bear seeing myself
