I really thought this music stuff wouldn't help me fall asleep tbh it actually does thank God. For those who have trouble sleeping search for tone eventually u will come across one that will help you fall asleep even tho I don't stay asleep I eventually fall asleep for a few hrs that's all I need for a good night rest peace to all.
