  • Fun Fact: Because of Hellfire, Disney villains weren’t allowed to have songs for years, until The Princess and the Frog.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame is one the most underrated movies of Disney , and yet it has , along with Scar , the best villain ever made by Disney

"Friends On the Other Side" does everything a good villain song should: it furthers the plot while showcasing the villain's personality in full force. Facilier is among Disney's most underrated villains, and this song proves it, reflecting his duplicitous nature. It begins as a charming and theatrical tune before becoming bombastic and dark as the true nature of his magic comes to light.
  • I truly believe that once Be Prepared played, all other Disney villain songs were under pressure to be as epic. The eeriness, the sinister and amazing voice along with impressive visuals made it one of the best songs in Disney history.
  • @trinaq
"Be Prepared" is the most epic villain song of all time. I'll never forgive the live action remake of almost completely omitting it.

To be fair, what would you expect from Keith David? Man's voice is iconic.

Nice. Forgot Anatasia technically is included. "In the Dark of the Night" is so good. "Hellfire" will always be number one for sheer "Holy shit, Disney went there!"
  • Honestly, Scarlet Johansson's "Trust in Me" is terrifying. If you listen to how the music starts to really get going, it really feels like your looking at a snake as it moves in. It doesn't help her voice hits that tone perfectly.

King Magnifico's reaction to having the 22nd most epic villain song: "THIS IS THE THANKS I GET?!"
  • @Pastel_Dreams
As a Hazbin/Helluva Fan, I can't help but keep track of how many Disney Villains end up voicing Demons on these shows 😅
  • Not gonna lie, I was expecting "Come Little Children" from Hocus Pocus to appear on this list. A witch summoning innocent children to their deaths seems pretty villainous 😳
  • And to think these songs are some of the most iconic and memorable moments for these particular Disney villains! Because what's a Disney villain without song.

The Winnie the Pooh song just opened a memory I didn’t know I had 😬
  • Hellfire is an amazing song. I have heard it by so many different artists. There is so much depth and wrongness in the lyrics and the music is so dynamic. Hunchback was a very adult kids movie lol but that song is a masterpiece.

I'm surprised that the Trust in Me song made it. That song and Kaa alone used to scare me when I was a little kid. Nowadays, not anymore, but he sure was creepy back then. Anyways, it's a great list and agreed with number 1.
