Whoever came up with the greek mythology is one high mf and one helluva storyteller.
-
Do my eyes deceive me? The whole mythology. I can't believe this content is free
-
lol the advertisement had me like "hUh" and then realized that was actually a smart move "aaAaAHHhHh"
-
First time I payed attention for 3 straight hours on youtube.... what a magnificent find, a rare gem of information, so many things I didnt know were named after greek mythology. Thank you
-
Ah yes, Achilles and Patroclus - historians will say they were really great friends, the best buddies, just the closest pals
-
Everytime you disappear for a year or so I am always afraid your channel has been abandoned, then you come back and drop fire on us. From someone who loves ancient history and mythology please don’t ever stop doing what your doing.
-
I LOVE this! I can only imagine the amount of work and time that it took you to create this masterpiece. I cannot thank you enough, we are all very much indebted to you!
-
You should do a competitive analysis of Greek vs Roman mythology stories. And why they bifurcated and how their own cultural histories affected the changes in their mythological tales. Pretty remarkable thing to map out and look at, honestly.
-
This is my third time watching this. I wish someone could turn this into a series. Hour long episodes each week of all the Gods he named in this video. I would watch every episode faithfully. I been looking for a video like this for YEARS!!! I am crazy insane in love with Greek Mythology omg 😍
-
Fun fact: a ball of thread is called a "clue", which is why you "unravel" a mystery, and follow a thread.
-
Of all the couples being mentioned in this long video, I am very much invested on the love story of Odysseus and Penelope. Both of them deserved the best because of their great love and loyalty to each other.
-
This is by far the best video on Greek mythology I've seen. I didn't want it to stop. The work you did to put everything in chronological order in the best way you could is amazing. I appreciated the sense of time moving and understanding where all these stories I've had an appreciation for land. Looking forward to more of your content. Would love to see more of these on other mythologies and even religious text.
-
I have read about most of these gods and their stories but always isolated from each other. Thanks for putting together a video that made sense for me!
-
I never had like a Greek Mythology phase because it was just so complicated for me to get into. But this? This is the greatest video of all time. I was so hooked the entire time. I loved this so much
-
People would pay a good price to get access to this content. You have provided a lot of wisdom for free. I thank you for this. These stories has changed me for the better.
-
I have always wanted to know about the Greek history, the story timeline, the music, the visuals and the storytelling is so much on point. I literally felt the hype when Jason accepted the King Pelias challenge, and the title "the Argonauts" came with that amazing music playing in back, wow.. I even felt emotions in the background and the story of Narcissus and Echo. Kudos to all the efforts that went in making this! Cheers!
-
I have to say this is the most comprehensive Greek mythology I ever heard, and I have heard hundreds of different variations because I study anthropology and mythology for over 20 years
-
Listen, I just want to say, your doing a fantastic job for us history nerds who don’t can’t do hours upon hours of research. Please understand your contribution is greatly appreciated and I wish you the best.
-
