Delhi Coaching Centre Flood: 5 more arrested in Delhi’s Rajinder Nagar basement incident by police

Publicado 2024-07-29
Central Delhi DCP M Harshavardhan on July 29 informed that five more people including the owners of the basement and car driver were arrested in connection with the deaths of three students at a coaching centre basement in Old Rajinder Nagar.
“Five more people including owners of the basement and an individual who drove a vehicle which appears to have damaged the gate of the building, were arrested. There was no permission to carry out commercial activity in the basement. We have sought some information from MCD, and we will examine their role too. The investigation is going on from all angles. We appeal to the protesting students to maintain peace and not block the main roads, and have confidence that strict action is being taken in this case,” said M Harshavardhan.
