Following Kylian Mbappe’s departure from PSG last season, without him, they’re going to continue dominating Ligue 1 and it’s true that they have a lot of attackers and they signed 2 strikers in Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos 12 months ago, but if they are to stay relevant in the champions league, they need a prolific goalscorer. In attack, they have the 2 strikers I mentioned, Ousmane Dembele and Bradley Barcola as direct wingers, also have Marco Asensio as well, but a pure footballing perspective, you just lost a player who’s been bagging 35-40+ goals a season meaning that you lost of firepower in attack in that regard. Out wide they’re fine with Barcola and Dembele even though I would love to see them sign Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as a left winger, Victor Osimhen would be an upgrade on what PSG currently has in their attack. Ramos had a decent season, Kolo Muani for how much money they paid for him he absolutely flopped and with a certain Frenchman no longer at the club, both players need to step up and score goals and while Osimhen doesn’t need to be a direct replacement for him, at least you’re gonna pay a lot of money on someone who’s actually a goalscorer if you look at his record at Napoli in the last couple of seasons. In the 2022-23 season, he literally guided them to their first league title in 30 years scoring 31 goals in all competitions and had the most goals out of any player in Serie A and he obviously wants to leave the club and when it comes to big money transfers since PSG has the cash, you can’t rule out a possible move for him there as they would want to sign him and I don’t know if he would want to go there as moving the premier league depending on what club wants to sign him would be better for his development than going to PSG and he needs to go to a club with a stable environment. I don’t know if Chelsea are going to sign him, I haven’t heard any rumors of a possible move to Arsenal and with him not having a lot of options other than Saudi Arabia, going to PSG is a 50-50 move for him.

Doesn’t make sense to me. You spent 100 M each on Ramos, and Kolo Munai and Oshimen is a traditional striker in the sense he can’t play with the ball at his feet. Thats not Luis Enrique’s type of striker

Luis Enrique's goal is to build a PSG team that can go all the way in the Champions League, they will win Ligue 1 without really training with a squad containing Neves and Osimhen. Ramos never really convinced at PSG so he can go but I would give Muani another season, Paris seems like such a good club for him. Regarding Kvarakshkelia, all he needs to do is become extremely difficult at Napoli, and they will be forced to sell him. I understand Napoli want a very high amount for him but it is clear the player himself has few to no motivation to play for Napoli any further, he wants to win more prizes.
