I was just wandering through artlist while listening to this and what do you know, your music is the #1 of staff picks.

Hey Steve! Amazing informative video. You clarified A LOT about what it's like to apply to and to work with Artlist. Thanks for sharing all that information. Cheers!
  • I will try for the 4th time to apply to them thanks to your tips, let’s see how it goes

Amazing, such an informative video! Thank you Stevie! I've a some question. Should my background be really impressive when I'm applying? Or the tracks I submitted are on the first place? I've a professional website with my works, as well as big experience in selling my music on Envato, Pond5, Motion Array (which is part of Artlist), on the gamedev marketplaces UAS, UEM, etc. Is that enough, in your opinion, or not yet? Thanks.

Please tell me, have you had any experience with Broadjam ? Or maybe your colleagues had it and shared this experience with you ? If yes, could you create a video on this topic ? Thank you.

Wow Stevie, these 17 minutes really flied😂 Super interesting video :) So basically, as a musician who plays many genres (metal, reggae but also cinematic-orchestral or rock) I could send artlist a bunch of 5 songs (I think they specifically require 5 songs for a submission) that show my skills. But I would upload on the platform, if they accept, content that I would write only for them. While for other platforms like motion array, I could easily keep my content ID on. This is just what I needed to know :) Thank you so much for the great content and info you provide, man! Support from Italy 🇮🇹!

Hi Stevie, I truly enjoy your videos man! I had a quick question. How often does Artlist payout? Is it on a monthly or quarterly basis? Thanks in advance!

Just discovered you’re channel. Would love to hear your thoughts on the future of stock music and AI.

Thank you very much for this video it was very informative! I have a question about exclusive contract - so you don't own the rights of your music anymore and can't even earn royalties from it? You only get paid with an upfront fee?
  • @johntorp
Nice video steven 😊 I have one question, if you get turned down on artlist, is it then possible to try again later, and how long should you wait to apply again?
  • @alexsnarskimusic
Hey Stevie, thanks for all the info. You mentioned that the submission should be 3 - 5 tracks but you didn't answer the question about if they should be of the same or different genres. Just wondering what you normally do. Thanks again🙌🏻
