Day 3: (1/3/20): doing great - then awful!

Trying to hold onto my calories (awesome!) and then overeating (gross!)

    It happens!! I like to punish myself with a grueling workout after those days, but you’ll get to that eventually once you start to customize your own routine! I still don’t eat well, but my logic is as long as I’m not eating as bad as before, and I’m doing DDP multiple times a week...am I not still winning??!!! Lol. Not to sound like a weirdo but I’ll be keeping up on you. Might not comment all the time but you’re on my radar for accountability! I’ll be watching. I can’t answer any questions about diet, but anything about DDPY feel free and I’ll try to answer. If I can’t there’s always the Facebook which I’ve heard is pretty active.
