Good luck! I’ve been doing DDP Yoga for 7 or 8 months, it’s awesome and addictive.Those are DR (Dynamic Resistance) punches! The Diamond Dozen workout is basically just a tutorial, I remember thinking “Ha! This is easy, I got this”. Then I did the first actual workout, Energy, and almost died lol. You get better and better every time you do it though, so don’t ever get discouraged thinking it’s too hard. Plus there’s always modifications to make any of the moves more doable too.
