God the second I heard the first toothless I sound I began to cry because that made me so happy and filled me with so much serotonin so quickly

The first movie came into theaters on my birthday. I begged my mom to go see it, and so we did. My mom ended up buying the movie for me. And what did I do? Filled up 3 tiny notebooks with all dragon types and their abilities, and I colored a drawing of toothless, using 3 black markers in full to do so. It spoke to me. I was a weird kid, and so was hiccup. I've been religiously keeping up with httyd ever since. I'm 19 now, and sometimes, I still catch myself looking in the sky and imagining toothless and hiccup swirling over clouds. I hear the thunder and think of the dragons that could cause it. This movie is and will be apart of me forever. Once a viking, always a viking. Once a dragon rider, always a dragon rider. This goes out to my fellow Berkians: don't forget the dragons. They're waiting.

I put this on to study and now I want to cry lmao. This movie was my childhood, I wanted to go to the httyd universe so bad. Still do tbh.

Okay, let's be honest - this is the way to achieve feeling in the way it was meant to, if it was. THAT is what we're all born for, as humans - the nirvana of feeling, the goal of human existance. It's just perfect, in every detail, from Toothless' rumblings, to the selection of music. Thank you.

I honestly can’t even believe how perfectly intertwined this is with all the best parts of the soundtrack. The amount of effort this must’ve taken was definitely worth it. Thank you. Hearing Toothless just makes it perfect.

This remind me my flying friend, it was a long time ago, I was walking in a forest, thinking about nothing, when I looked at the sky I saw a silhouette, a dragon, I was very surprised to see him, I just couldn’t believed my eyes, a furry ! Night or light ? I didn’t knew at that moment, when he landed, I came closer to see him better, no one could expect to see what I saw, the dragon, the furry, was half night half light, and partly blue, I was asking to my self if that was possible, I sat down and watched him, but he saw me, I was scared but him too, we were both getting closer to each other, eyes in the eyes, I slowly rised my hand and then, he moved his head, my hand was touching is head, he closed his eyes… what a magical moment, then, we became friends, an unbreakable friendship, we were playing on the grass, laying next to a little firecamp, and flying together, exploring the world in the sky, I named him "star" because his eyes were as brilliant has stars, we saw so many things, ah… so many memories, 7 years as passed since we met, we realized that humanity don’t deserve dragons, hiccup said goodbye to toothless, Astrid said goodbye to stormfly, Valka said goodbye to cloudjumper, peoples said goodbye to their flying friend, that day, star joined the hidden world, the only place in which one he would be safe, but… are dragons gone ? They aren’t, they are still here, they live deep in the ocean waiting for us to accept them again, we are waiting too, waiting for humanity to deserve them, maybe if I go watch the sky, I’ll see him flying above us, who know ? Maybe if you go watch the sky, you’ll see your flying friend too

This is officially the best! None of the songs get suddenly raging loud at one single part like the 3hr one i use to listen too. Toothless’ adorable as fk sounds make this even better along with the wind. And best of all- getting the ‘hidden world’ theme and the song at 38:36 in here is ones i looooove~! Just thanks loads for this!
