    1. Diet and nutrition - satvic food Whole grains Legumes Fresh vegetables and fruits Consume protein rich foods Soya Tomato Tofus Termeric Foods to avoid - sugar, chips, buscuits, baked goods. Only eat which is very healthy. 2.Walking, rest and recreation Dancing, yogi, read good books, watch good videos, sufficient amount of sleep. 3. Take timely meals, take regular bath Practice pranayam, meditation 4. Thought process Manage your anxiety, depression and stress. Read religious scriptures daily. Do pooja daily.

    just have to share, I am hoping this inspires others struggling. I have PCOS and I remember how I felt when the doctor told me it would be difficult for me to concieve naturally, now I have 4 children, God blessed me with the use of herbs.

    Past 8 months I was really focused on preparing for NEET and I faced irregular periods but didn't bother much and now I am not selected it's kinda hard to move on now from that now I need get back and make my body in good positions although I didn't get selected I will try to get my health proper now 😢
