watching people eating and munching on their food loudly is quite frightening edit: i understand that chewing on food loudly may be respectful to some cultures but i am not apart of any culture that does this

Ok, as an Asian, let me educate you a bit about some of the food eaten: Boneless chicken feet are a thing. Someone actually painstakingly removes all the bones before cooking and serving it. So no, she did not eat bones. The crunch you’re hearing is from the skin; it has a lot of collagen so it tends to get chewy and crunchy when cooked. Eating raw onions and raw vegetables (not just veggies like lettuce, but veggies that are commonly cooked such as green beans and squash) are a common thing, especially in this country I grew up in. What is NOT common tho is eating all those eggs. Yikes. I dont know how mukbang became so bastardized, it was a Korean thing where people broadcasted themselves eating to keep people who lived alone company. Now it’s devolved into whoever can eat the most in one sitting. It’s never been about the amount or type of food, but the companionship.

i remember when people used to make mukbangs with a regular amount of food and eat it normally... never thought it'd turn into a 15-45 minute session of just gorging down massive amounts of food...

It almost feels like that person eating the eggs is being forced. They keep side eyeing the pile.

10:03 a chicken was legitimately killed just to be eaten raw on a mukbang channel 😭

Watching that lady eat all those eggs was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had in my life
  • Let me tell you, there are so so many bones in chicken feet, the fact that she ate that whole plate and left no crumbs is utterly terrifying
