  • Just got home from a long day to see that Emkay had posted! Thanks, guys. This is exactly what I needed : )
  • knowing jack was a rock collector as a kid makes me,, way too happy that i collect rocks even when i've gone past childhood
  • i love how he is able to look at unusual and weird photos and make it so funny and watchable at the same time
  • The way Jack turned a pretty plant into such a nightmare fuel reference with just one word is pretty blood chilling 😖
  • Me: *wanting to see some oddly satisfying stuff* Jack: *makes it get dark* Me: Dark but true jack, dark but true
  • I just find ultimate satisfaction when the narrator ends on a funny sentence, and then the music and the video ending just adds to the comedic effect.
  • I have a feeling next time they see a leaf in any of their videos from now on they'll just say "the journey of life!"
  • 38th time asking:get all the narrators together in like a discord call and review r/justguysbeing dudes together. Like get Emkay crew, the EZPZ guys,Damien of DeeLee,all of them. Even Lexi.
  • Day 27 of asking Emkay for a collab between all Emkay and Ask Emkay narrators
  • water kind of is just goop. it has an incredibly high density that makes it stay together so well. that's why it was able to do the thing it did in the video.
  • Me: reads title My brain instantly: I believe that's called a foot

There are literally heart-shaped Cheerios already. They aren’t rare or anything.

For some reason those clouds terrify me. Just the way they’re formed scares me. Just imagine a normal day you’re walking along and then you see that. It’s awesome. But also terrifying. Does anybody agree? Probably just me.
  • 7:49 actually, Jack, that's a legitimate Art Thing. It's called impasto, and it's the three-dimensional impressions the brush leaves in the paint; some paintings have nearly none at all, but some, like this piece, have impasto heavy enough that one can see how important it can be to the image. Most oil paintings have some amount of impasto due to a combination of the properties of oil paint, the shape of the brush, and the artist's technique. On Van Gogh's pieces, for instance, one can see the short but heavy strokes he painted with. There's also an American painter (whose name I'm currently blanking on, sorry) who painted a lot of cakes and pastries, and he built up the paint like it was actual frosting on the cake. Piped it on and everything, if I remember right.

That first cheerio is a new shape for some kinds of it. You can literally see others in the background
