    I made this dish and here are my notes: I omitted the cheese and the watercress (I'm lactose intolerant and my wife thought I'd asked for water chestnuts, so now I need a recipe that uses water chestnuts). Even with these omissions, its a great side dish. The Brussel sprouts are tamed by the vinaigrette and the apricots are a nice touch. Will definitely make again (with watercress).
