43 Minute Muscular Endurance 50 Rep Challenge | Burn 315 Calories*
Well, this one was work!! We are hitting 50 reps of each exercise. So, this is technically a no repeat workout, but each exercise is 50 reps!! It'll be a challenge for sure.

    I knew this was going to be hard, but it was SO much harder than I thought! 🤣🤣 All the shaky muscles!!! Whooohooo! Final burn for the month of March and my last workout of MMA!! What a way to close it down. And I said it before and I'll say it again, if that woman is bored, she is NOT pushing hard enough! I was so focused on pushing my muscles and not dropping weights on my face, I didn't have time to be bored. Put up or shut up, is what we like to say. 😆💪😅

  • I dreaded starting this one! I really like rep range, but these 50 rep workouts... I have a kind of love/hate relationship with them. And, paradoxically, I hate them because they are hard and I love them because they are hard. They challenge me and that's why I always do them even though I don't always want to. So thanks again for a wonderful workout. And no, it wasn't boring at all! The tougher the workout, the more fun it is! And the feeling at the end, it's priceless!

  • OMG talk about being a shaky mess! I knew I needed to do this workout. Like you said, it might not be a favorite format but it requires you to get inside your own head and really push yourself to the finish line. Thanks again for another good one and happy Easter!
