i like how the men look around, and they jump over obstacles and jump in cover, it makes them feel so much more alive, even tho the cpombat i feel is more tanky, kinda like the rising sun mod,. it take time to bring down a unit, i like the game over all and i cant wait to get it

I loved Men of War, but this isnt really a sequel in my eyes. Gates of Hell is the true successor. Sadly I think they tried to make it more accessible and a result its a strange hybrid of Company of Heroes and Men of War - personally not a fan.

What I dont get is that you can clearly see how mow2 was bad in places. However, if you went to the steam discussion, you will see many fanatics that blame your bad review like their mow2 is the best game ever for them and there is no flaw. Even accused that all bad review is GOH fan that try to down their mow2 score. Digby and rimmy already in a target for them lol.

I love the animations but the old and cringey new voice lines, combined with the really crappy sounds, prevent me from buying it. That and no mods or modding tools. Oh and the AI is trash and they still have it where helmets get shot off
