Delhi Coaching Center Flooding | On July 27, three UPSC aspirants—Shreya Yadav, Tanya Soni, and Navin Dalwin—died when flooding overwhelmed the basement of Rau's IAS centre due to heavy rains and a failed biometric entry system. Investigations revealed the institute forged documents, falsely claiming the basement was used for parking and storage, not as a library. The Delhi Fire Services noted poor drainage, and police have arrested the owner, Abhishek Gupta.
