The fricking sound department or whoever is in charge of sound effects, they deserve a range for the the cowboy gun sounds effects (especially his ult)

For LC alternatives, the 3* cone "Adversarial" is actually good thanks to the speed boost he gets on kill compared to the ATK, DMG, or Crit boosts the other LCs focus on.
