In the middle of the night when Mr. Ngan's family had turned off the lights to go to bed, suddenly heard a noise outside the house. A young man, feeling strange, went to the upstairs window to see what was going on and took his phone to record a video. He saw 2 cars, 1 white, 1 black parked in front of the house, around there were many young men standing and looking at his house. He immediately asked: "Oh, why are you guys coming to my house so crowded?" A middle-aged woman also asked: "What is the reason that you guys come here so many?" Then there was a bright white light, pointed directly at him and they replied: "Break the house! Destroy the house!" The young man surprised and repeated: "Break the house?" As soon as he finished the sentence, they immediately threw something into the house, it sounded very heavy, like throwing stones. The young man was so scared that he immediately backed away and hid under the window. Then a series of crash sounds resounded.

He ran down to the ground floor. The middle-aged woman also ran after him and said in fear: "Call the police!" When he ran to the side of the window overlooking the main door, he saw a young man holding a very long knife to launch pig in his hand, banging repeatedly on a door. Then he shouted threateningly: "I have a gun! I shot your mother!". The young man outside stopped and ran to where his accomplices were standing. After that, they all left. When he was hiding behind an upstairs window, they flashed white, yellow, and red car lights repeatedly with the meaning of threatening the owner. And in the constant pounding, can still be heard one of the thugs shouting: "Destroy their house!"

Now the whole world has seen how thugs the communist police in Vietnam are. They take advantage, bribe gangsters outside to work for them. Because the Vietnamese communist police, both do not want to appear in the eyes of the international community and want to take revenge on the people who dared to oppose them, they have to hire the gangsters to do this. The vile, miserable nature is deeply rooted in the blood and bones of the Vietnamese communist police. No matter how hard they tried to hide, now, it has been exposed to the press and media around the world.

The Vietnamese government does not take care of the people, does not give relief money and vaccine aided by the US to the Vietnamese people. Now they are suffering because of directives 16 and 16+ of the communist government, especially in HCMC.
