This is the bin cage that I made for my gerbil, Little Guy. He came from a 15 gallon tank before I made this cage. It is a double wide bin cage, and each bin cage is 116 qts. It is massive and I am going to use it for all of my future pets after Little Guy. Thank you for watching, and subscribe for more!

Gerbils love to dig and build tunnels... have you thought about making one side just substrate.... 8-10 inches... I mix timothy hay in with mine for structure and they love it! Then the other side can have less and be for toys and running around....

What a beautiful, roomy setup! Gerbils are social animals, have you considered getting him a friend? There is a method to doing that, as gerbils need to be carefully introduced to reach other or else they will fight. You can ask your vet about it. Also, gerbils love digging- I agree with janree75...if you make one of the bins full of bedding, he will love it! I see it has been 2 yrs since you made this video, how is Little Guy doing now?
