If you watch the Q&A with Ziggy - Mark outlines very specifically that there were 100 or so users providing 90% of the markets T0 uniques hence the nerf. Every single person reading this won't be affected by that nerf.

I don't know why everyone is saying LE had that mechanic before POE (taking a legendary affix and placing it on another item), when Diablo 3 has had that system, even well before Last Epoch was crapped out of Judd's womb.

Steelmage i followed uor archmage build and he worked very well 43k evasion rating 90all max res 100 spell supress working very well on t17, now after ggg live im thinking about league start spliting steel trickster what do u Think about that ?
