A $900 increase in rent in one year is insane. $900 is a lot of people's rent lol

Dang, I checked their career site and the pay for a VP is between 140k-190k. Let's say it's 170k, her take home (after tax) is 10500 monthly, Good for her, but she's still paying 40% of her income on rent.
  • I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about $246k,but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million

She overpaid for rent, and the landlord still increased her rent.... how do i become a landlord in miami?
  • @beaniemac
Can't imagine paying that much in rent. And then the mall is another temptation to get her to spend even more money
  • @racheldorion
Her rent increase is why I left Miami in 2022. Our apartment went up 2,000$ in one lease cycle. Like I’m sorry who can afford that?
  • @psp785
You pay 4K for rent with one bedroom wtf
  • @Bluboy30
Even though I can afford the $4,150/month price tag, I can't bring myself to pay that amount just for rental. 😂
  • @yorkie1792
That's roughly $50k per year. In 10 years you'll pay $500,000 in rent. Imagine the equity in a home
  • This is the issue with renting. They keep putting all these stupid amenities in when people just want a decent sized apartment to live in. I'm based in London, UK and people have been complaining here about the apartments costs. My sister in america says people are complaining about them too. We dont need spas, clubhouses, private dining areas and events. They charge loads of extra fees for them too. We just want a long term rental that doesn't cost half the earth to afford.
  • CNBC clearly we all want to know what her income is to be paying so much in rent.

That’s not a ‘Service Dog’, and it’s an insult to people who actually have and need a true service animal. Typical arrogance & smugness of people who use this ruse. smh
  • @MoneyMan28
$51,000 dollars per year for a 1 bedroom
  • @ib8523
    $4K for a 1br is expensive
  • @americoamorim
🙏🙏🙏Only God knows how much grateful i am. After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place!
  • Cool spot but $4,400 a month… that’s almost $50k a year. Dang, I hope she is still investing!
