    Again we are back to basics. I saw my granny n great granny massaging these points. They were not literate but the method is age old but the mid generation did not approve n were more dependent on doctors. In those period, doctors went abroad to study further n they discouraged massages. Many diseases flared up ruining the bodies of masses but I m happy that once again people are on research to find cure in human body itself
