the woman cycling past hank standing on a treestump talking into his phone and just saying "hi i like your tiktoks" is just adorable
  • @sorenkair
imagine just biking out in the forest and then suddenly encountering a wild hank standing on a tree stump with a microphone
  • @CWGminer
I am LIVING for the shot where hank walks past the mirror and then turns to face the camera in the reflection

"I hate the internet. That's a lie i love it but i hate the algorithms. That's also a lie i love the algorithms" gotta be the most relatable thing i've heard today

“you’re in a bizarre world, might as well be in it” -hank green
  • Hank getting around his addiction to launching new projects by relaunching an old one

Auto generated CC really had me out here thinking you referred to the internet as a S lut Machine. I was like... I'm perhaps too deaf for this one.

imagine just riding your bike across a bike path alone in the wilderness and then a wild hank green shows up across the corner sitting on a log

4:41 The way Hank says "Ooh a sand dollar" really made me imagine that that's just what he calls it when there's a dollar bill in the sand, like a street penny, or pocket sand.

I don't know why, but I get a lot of satisfaction from Hank's post-chemo hair evolution. Different colour, different texture, different hair line. Not better or worse, just different. And every single video - past, present, or future - within 2 seconds I know if this was filmed before or after his experience with cancer. I think it's because it can be hard to know where anything online is in the timeline. Sure you can check it's posted date, but things get re-uploaded or posted later than planned, or reissued publicly from behind a paywall. Video production quality varies but not always trending towards better. Something from 10 years ago may feel fresh and new and yesterday's news can seem hackneyed and rehashed. It all gets very homogeneous. But with anything with Hank, there is one thing I know for sure. Pre or post chemo. It's comforting in a strange way.

Okay, I may be wrong, but I don't think this video was filmed in Montana.

Love the slow transition from chaotic inside shots to wide, outdoor shots.

that's why after like a decade and a half of using all the social medias I have fallen back to just going on tumblr. it's chronological by default, it just shows you blogs that you follow, it shows you all of what appears on those blogs… it is what you make it - same as it ever was

The little bit of orange? around Hank's lips combined with such an iconic use of THE FORMAT with spot on well sculpted observations and editing and audio have convinced me that Hank found and has been using THE SPICE and is becoming a Mentat/ a Carl
  • @kimmykimmie
The vibes where you’re staying are so good
  • @Roll587
THIS IS SO AESTHETICALLY PLEASING THANK YOU HANK

Disconnecting from as much social media as possible has honestly been doing wonders for my mental health. I've gotten more peace and joy and healing in my life than ever before. I do dip back in sometimes, but I'm not scrolling constantly like I used to. Worth a try!
