After thirteen movies, of course there are gonna be some stinkers. But that doesn't mean there's nothing to celebrate in the six FOX X-Men movies everyone agrees aren't very good.

  • Shoutout to Dark Phoenix for the scene where Cyclops inexplicably drops an F-bomb
  • "Acting isn't that hard. Mark Wahlberg can do it" Will use this for life, thanks Nando
  • @AliasAerius
They keep on trying to do the Dark Phoenix Saga without doing the Phoenix Saga first.

So I learned from this video that there’s apparently like three Psylockes that are literally just women with purple streaks in their hair running around this universe. To be fair though, that’s barely more Psylockes than the comics.
  • I actually really like Magneto's speech in last stand where someone points out that no one is talking about extermination, and his response is "no one ever talks about it. They just do it." That line, coming from him, is perfect.
  • @camipco
I like the fight/race between Kitty Pryde and Juggernaut, because I love a wildly-mismatched powers fight, and that's one of the first ones I remember seeing.
  • The magneto story in apocalypse was tragic, but really well done. And then he becomes a Walmart toy flying around Egypt for an hour.
  • I love Nando's positivity. From SheHulk to Origins Wolverine, he's always the voice of WANTING to enjoy this stuff. Being hard to please is overrated, Nando's got it figured out.
  • The best scene for me was the beginning of days of future past. That’s xmen. A team working together with their powers.
  • @Dave175
No mention of the Mutant Containment Unit (MCU) coming to take the team away in Dark Phoenix?
  • The extended cut of The Wolverine is the one I watched. It adds some nest character moments and extends the village fight scene to include 3 people getting blended by an industrial snowblower.
  • 37:06 "Acting isn't that hard. Mark Whalberg can do it." Remembering Transformers Age of Extinction, I don't know if he can.

I really like The Wolverine, as an Asian who actually grew up and lives in Asia, it was a breath of fresh air that Hollywood made a movie set in Asia so authentic and genuine back in 2013, and I think it still holds up even now
  • I love Dark Phoenix up until the scene after Jean makes Professor X walk up the stairs, feels like a Batman V Superman scene, but before that feels like a more tense Civil War
  • I would like to add that in Last Stand Storm getting to do more physical stuff like her spinning tornado/hurricane move was great and I remember as a kid watching the behind-the-scenes of Halle Berry doing that.
  • Honestly I was still a kid when X-Men Origins Wolverine came out so I really didn't understand at the time what the big deal was about it, like at that age I wasn't very discerning about VFX quality or writing quality so it was still super cool to me at the time just to see Wolverine's origins in a movie or Gambit and Deadpool

I found Simon Kinberg's direction in DARK PHOENIX pretty solid He was able to give the movie an identity of its own, rather than trying to replicate Bryan Singer's direction Unlike Brett Ratner tried to do in THE LAST STAND
